Home Matters was started by our founder Lisa to answer questions and share insight from her 18 years of experience as a real estate lawyer and her many years working as a real estate broker, house flipper and landlord.  With the many hats that she wears, she hopes to share her knowledge, ideas and experiences to create a common place for information related to the different facets of a property for everyone from first time homebuyers to seasoned real estate flippers.
